- The balance on your old card has been automatically transferred to your new Imprint account.

Imprint is a financial technology company and Brooks Brothers’ chosen partner to provide you a rewarding credit card experience with the new Brooks Brothers World Mastercard®. You will manage your account and payments in the Imprint Payments iOS or Android app or at account.imprint.co.
Brooks Brothers has partnered with Imprint to launch the new Brooks Brothers World Mastercard to get you more out of your My Brooks Brothers Rewards membership. You’ll earn even more points for every dollar you spend with the new card.
If you received a notice in the mail that your account is being converted to a Brooks Brothers World Mastercard account administered by Imprint Payments, Inc., you do not need to apply. You can request a physical card in the Imprint Payments app when online account registration is available. Once you receive your new card, follow the simple instructions on the card to activate it.
Once you activate your new card, you can begin making purchases on it starting July 15, 2024. Any payments you have scheduled with your existing Brooks Brothers account, including recurring payments and auto-payments, will not transfer over to your new Brooks Brothers World Mastercard. You'll need to set up your payment information, including Auto-pay, with Imprint for future payments after July 15th.
Yes, you can continue to use your current Brooks Brothers Platinum Mastercard through July 14, 2024. Beginning July 15, 2024, your previous Brooks Brothers Platinum Mastercard will be disabled, and you will no longer be able to make purchases on it. Your balance will be transferred to your new Brooks Brothers World Mastercard, and you will still be responsible for making on-time payments.
Beginning July 15, 2024, you can make payments towards your Brooks Brothers account at account.imprint.co or through the Imprint Payments app, which you can access through the Google Play or App Store. Follow the instructions to set up an online account, so you can begin making payments. Through July 14, 2024, you will continue to make payments to Citibank or at brooksbrothers.accountonline.com.
Download the Imprint Payments app or visit account.imprint.co and tap “Setting up your new Brooks Brothers account”. Follow the instructions on the screen to finish setting up your account. You’ll need a mobile phone number to finish setting up your account. Once you’re logged in you can add your bank account and set up payments.
You will no longer be able to make payments in store at a Brooks Brothers location. The easiest way to pay is to connect your bank account to your Imprint account and make a payment online or set up Auto-pay. However, you can also pay by check or online Bill Pay via your bank or credit union.
Your payment due date will remain the same, but your payment method will change. Beginning July 15, 2024, you will make payments towards your Brooks Brothers account on the Imprint Payments app, at account.imprint.co, by check, or online Bill Pay via your bank or credit union.

Imprint does not support joint accounts at this time. There are more opportunities for rewards, though. Add up to four friends or family members to your account as authorized users. They’ll be able to make purchases, which allows you to earn more cash back.
Yes you can. Mailing a check takes approximately 10 days but can take longer. Electronic payments are much faster and are the best way to avoid potential late payments. The date the payment is posted to the account is the date we will receive it. However, you will no longer be able to pay with a check in store.

On July 15, all ongoing disputes will be transferred to your new Brooks Brothers World Mastercard and can be managed inside of the Imprint Payments app or online at account.imprint.co. Any disputes initiated on July 15 or later will be managed through Imprint Payments.

Yes. Your new card number will be on the back of your physical card if you’ve received one. Otherwise, you can request a physical card or access your virtual card number in the Imprint app.

In order to make a smooth transition to your new Brooks Brothers World Mastercard, Imprint will send you a paper and digital statement for the first billing cycle of your new card. If you previously selected to go paperless, you will receive only digital statements after the first billing cycle.
